We used NSW Slate Roofing (aka City2Surf Roofing) to re-roof our terracotta tile roof. Of the four roofing quotes I received they were by far the most competitive. Due to scheduling we were fortunate on the day that two roofing crews were available. As a result, our roof was stripped, replaced and re-pointed within 2 days. We had a few other custom items that took a little longer. The quality of work was great. If I had one minor complaint would be the crew could have done a little better with the cleanup as one section of my gutters were left with quite a bit of old roofing material. Overall, our new roof looks and performs great! Communication and quality of work was very good. Kinsley and Craig took the time to answer all my questions and discuss my options prior to the job.

I have my leaking roof repaired by Craig and couple of gentlemen from NSW Slate Roofing 12 months ago. I purposely held back writing this review because I really want to see how repair job stand with a bit of time. Now 12 months down the track, I must say it's refreshing to have tradesmen shows up as promised, sticks to the quote and does an outstanding job. If you are looking for a professional high quality roof repair job - you can't go wrong with Craig and the boys at NSW Slate Roofing .

Kinsley and Craig were absolutely awesome to deal with, very professional and accommodating. Their work was of the highest standard, our roof looks amazing (and it doesn't leek anymore! yay!!!). We talked to 2 other providers before choosing NSW Slate. These guys weren't the cheapest but gave us the most confidence they knew what they were doing, very experienced. Highly recommend, no complaints what so ever.

Roof is very leaky, Job not finished properly. We would have been better off with leaving the tiles instead of changing over to colorbond. Where the colorbond meets the wall below the windows this wasn't capped off (sealed off properly). After the leaks we inspected closer and you could see gaps where the water was getting in and where they had not sealed off properly. This job was only completed 6 months ago so still under warranty. I look forward to NSW slate roofing quick response in resolving this matter and fixing the damages caused by the leaks. Not a happy customer!
